設施：洗澡時地漏堵，水流了一屋子，孩子穿一次性拖鞋通通滑倒。窗户外的煙道和油煙凈化器噪音很大，每天早上6點多開始轟鳴。
服務：亂收費，一次性刮鬍刀需要單獨收費一個10元，關鍵是去前台要的時候沒有任何人告訴你刮鬍刀要收費，臨走結賬時卻説要收費。
衞生：一出電梯，走廊地毯很臟。總體來講該酒店的收費在白河不算低，但是設施和服務水平確實不怎麼樣。十幾年來老家長輩過壽宴請都在這裏舉辦，當時感覺這個酒店在當地還不錯。但這次回來的酒店體驗讓我有些失望了😔
